What a great tool for helping one understand oneself and others!!!! This book is very easy to read and understand. Learning about the five different types put so much into perspective for me and others to whom I recommended this book and modality. We often wonder why we act or react in certain ways and even judge ourselves and others in this regard. However, this book explains it all away.

I also recommend going to their website to download the free report. Follow that with the more comprehensive report. Both are terrific as well.

During my life and specifically my career as a Human Resource Professional, I have utilized many types of evaluation products/personality tests. There is nothing easier or more crystal clear than the picture one gets when reading the blueprint provided by Human Design.

With this book, the free software, and your time, you can come to a much greater understanding of why you are as your are AND how you can create better relationships with those around you. There is a certain recognition of self ... as if looking in a clean mirror ... that comes when you read the very clearly written descriptions of all the aspects that make up you. With this, it is possible to improve your happiness and effectiveness ... simply by understanding why you do what you do and why people react to what you do as they do. This is perfect for increasing self esteem, improving family relationships, and being perceived in a more positive light in all work and social situations.

I had studied Human Design for some years earlier and found it very useful in my therapy practice. It's hard to describe the incredible benefits to be found in this system. One had best experience it for themselves. Over the decades, I have studied and applied various psychotherapies, dream interpretation, astrology, and the IChing and have never found anything that is so powerful in quickly identifying key aspects of a person's makeup. It can help anyone sort out who it is they truly are in all their unique authenticity. This helps separate the person from the conditioning experienced in suppressing and distorting his or her individual expressions and consequent negative life experience. Since there were no easily acquired books at the time, I was surprised and excited to encounter this one. The clerk told me that they had sold a number of copies and had had people report back that it had "changed their life". I found the information in the book user friendly, accessible in ways not found in other publications on the subject. The languaging in the book eliminated the earlier confusion I had encountered while it also clarified core meanings. I bought three additional copies for friends. They were able to gain immediate benefit through a deeper and appreciative understanding of themselves. They kept the book as a guide from which they could get charts and accompanying information about their mates, children, in-laws, prospective boyfriends, etc. Later I bought the Kindle version for my iPhone, so that I could have this information at my finder tips. It's great that it's there for easy reference, knowing the positive impact it can have on a person's life including my own. I can speak from experience that practicing the recommendations for one's type and authority will change one's life experience. It's great to feel on track. Issues in relationships become clarified and improvement follows quite naturally. Human Design can go as deep as one wants to take it. This book provides a wonderful foundation and an amazing launching pad.
